People often say that change is needed for good health, but what do we mean by when talking about our health? When we use the word we usually mean something big – like diet or exercise. But there is also a way of
changing your mind and attitudes that cause both physical and mental disorders, such as stress and unhealthy thought patterns and beliefs about oneself.

That's where the theory of HEAL ALL comes in – we believe that everything starts with an imbalance between two forces inside us; Spirit or consciousness and Body which itself contains Mind. To bring your body back into balance and harmony after long periods of discomfort or pain, distress etc., you need to stop focusing on physical symptoms only and start working on yourself – to heal all aspects of yourself.

As you let go of stress and negative thoughts, you will be able to let go of any feelings of distress and stay focused on what you can do to win at life!

HEAL ALL is a holistic program that shows you how to stop the emergence of illness. This audio program includes the key premise that because the mind and body are connected, unhealthy body somehow have their root causes in
emotional and spiritual aspects of the mind, its beliefs and thought processes.

When we heal ourselves from these unhealthy thought patterns, we can then begin to heal our health naturally.
